MProcess

Designed with you in mind, my consultation process is straightforward and can easily be worked around your schedule. Once you fill out the contact form, I’ll follow up with a link to my Calendly where you can schedule an initial fact-finding session at a time and date which suits you best.

What we discuss during the initial meeting is aimed at helping me understand exactly what your brand needs – where it's doing well and where it can improve. We’ll discuss the scope of your project, your goals, and potential solutions, putting us on the same page and targeting your project toward success.

1.

Schedule your consultation

Complete the form on the contact page or email sorger.writes@gmail.com to schedule a free initial fact-finding meeting.

2.

We'll discuss your project

In our first meeting I want to get to know your business and its goals. From there I’ll be able to develop a proposed solution we’ll later fine tune.

3.

Contract
& invoice

After contracting and invoicing are complete, we’ll schedule deadlines, rework any details, and develop lines of communication.

My Copywriting Approach

Looking at the data

While each author has their own writing process, mine focuses on providing maximum value for your investment. From gathering the initial project details to sending off the final invoice, you’ll know exactly where I am each step of the way.

You'll be kept updated with weekly status emails regarding where I am with your project, what's still needed, and what to expect before completion.

Organization of project details

1.

Once the dotted line has been signed a workflow is created in which your project details are organized based on our agreed upon strategy.

2.

Research conducted & outline made

Market research is conducted based on your brand's desired position. A master outline is created which will contain exactly what your brand needs to reach success.

3.

Drafting begins

The drafting stage is the most important as it's when dozens of formulas and tested methods are combined with unique market research into a first draft.

4.

Two rounds of optional revision

Revisions are conducted in two batches during the copywriting process. Revisions are not mandatory.

Organizing

5.

Work is completed & invoice sent out

Upon confirmation, the completion of your project will be followed by a final invoice - a bill for the remainder of the balance. Upon receipt, you’ll own all rights to your copy.

Looking at the data

Are you a business owner who doesn't know where to find superior copywriting? Do any of these sound like you:

Stressed boss
Pile of money
Man searching
Laptop with rocket

“I need a couple of long-form posts a month, but I don’t think I can afford or find a copywriter for such a small project.”

“My company has had great success recently, but I can’t find a writer skilled in copy and content. Someone who can produce case studies and blog posts, all in one.”

“We’re going to launch within the next six months and I need a fully conceived, bulletproof, all-inclusive, yet simple launch package. I also have zero time to waste.”

Your time is used most efficiently with my streamlined yet flexible approach, resulting in top quality copy that you and your enterprise can be proud of.

No matter how epic or humble your copywriting project, I’ve got you covered.

Queries:

I’ve had some of my best success working on unique projects and relish taking them on. You may have a project or inquiry that has not been listed. If that’s the case I welcome you to contact me about your project's scope and I'll be in touch.

Scheduling & Timelines:

You’ll receive a reply to your request within 24 hours or as soon as possible if it’s a weekend or if I'm away from the office.

I'll include a link to my Calendly where you can schedule an initial 15-minute fact-finding session at a time and date that work best for your schedule.

Planning and Scheduling

If you're in the market for a large package and I'm booked out for the month I recommend adding yourself to my calendar for the first available date. I don’t book by the month like other copywriters as it’s more accommodating to start a project whenever is most convenient for all.

Agencies'

Agencies:

Are you…

  • A boutique agency?

  • A local web design/development business?

  • A company with a team of in-house writers?

  • A small business, mid-sized, or enterprise company?

I work with agencies on a contractual or retainer basis helping them deal with overflow, being in-between writers, or as long-term freelance members of the team. We all get a little bogged down from time to time – I'm here to help.

If you fall into any of the categories listed in the bullet points above, fill out the contact form or send me an email outlining your current requirements and how long you think you’ll need me as a copywriter. From there I’ll be able to offer help or else point you in the direction of some fabulous local copywriters.

I love to help local and small businesses, and always keep my door open to special contracts like these.

Let’s connect and form a relationship so that you can worry a little less when dealing with any future copywriting needs.
